Parents can feel emotionally overwhelmed, and parents can be physically overwhelmed. Sometimes parents are experiencing feeling overwhelmed and being overwhelmed at the same time. Sometimes not. This website focuses on parents being physical overwhelmed.

Being emotionally overwhelmed is a mental health concern. If you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, please contact a mental health professional.
